I highly recommend Freeman Exteriors. They replaced our shingle roof that included a skylight, 8 valleys of varying sizes and 2 bathroom ceiling vents. Hayden, Jeff, and Steve were very patient and professional with all of our questions. William and Jeremy did a great job replacing the bathroom vents. The whole job was completed in one day. A big thanks to the whole crew.

What an efficient and hardworking roofing team they have. I have a 2400 sqft ranch house and needed my roof replaced. I called Freeman because they were highly recommended by my friends. Freeman gave me a reasonable cost estimate and I signed the contract. The team did a great and thorough job and replaced my roof in one day! They covered my pond with plywood to keep debris from falling in and left my property cleaner than before they started. I highly recommend them.

Hired them to replace our roof and gutters after hail damage. They did an EXCELLENT job! Our only issue (which was quickly taken care of) was that they left quite a bit of scraps and brackets and things in the yard around the house. But I emailed asking them to come back by next time they were in the area and they IMMEDIATELY came and walked around the house numerous times and picked everything up. Very satisfied and we will use them again! Thanks. :)

I would recommend Freeman to anyone for any kind of roofing needs you may have. Very professional and informative throughout the process and friendly as well. Hayden was very informative on my project and helped me throughout the decision making process. Jeff kept me informed throughout the entire process and let me know when the job was going to take place. William did a great job on some work on the inside of my house as well and was very professional and courteous throughout. Thank you Freeman for a great job well done!

Unfortunately I have to edit my original review. Turns out that the two roof penetrations I hired them to seal are in fact, still leaking. I called and spoke to Jeff on a Thursday morning to inform them that the roof was still leaking. He was apologetic and told me that the soonest he could have guys out would be Saturday. (Seems like a long time to make a customer wait for a follow up when the reason for the follow up is because the work wasnt done properly but ok) Well, Saturday came and went without even a phone call. Nobody came and nobody called. Monday, same thing, not even a call. On Tuesday I received a text message from Jeff saying that he would have guys over this afternoon. Not even so much as a mention of nobody showing up or calling for the three days prior. At that point I informed them that I had hired someone else to fix their substandard work and that I did not want them to send anyone out. To me it feels like they just wanted my money and that they never really cared about whether my roof was actually sealed. They dont care whether my home is safe for my family to live in. For that reason, I was no longer comfortable trusting them to make sure my roof was sealed. Im still happy with the gutters. Theyre almost perfect. But as far professionalism or craftsmanship on the roof, its a definite 1/10. I definitely do not recommend. Below is my original review from before I found out the roof was still leaking. I had them reseal my roof penetrations and install new gutters. Pricing falls in line with industry standard, they communicate well, and the work was done quickly and professionally. My gutters look fantastic and the roof is all sealed up. I plan to have them do my siding later this year. 10/10 definitely recommend!
