By far the most responsive, caring and professional company I have had the privilege of using. I am the maintenance supervisor of a large apartment building. Multiple times we have had large plumbing issues and Newtons has always been extremely responsive and beyond professional. Their staff are polite and caring to my residents. They go out of their way to solve any and all issues. The owners are caring and supportive. I highly recommend Newtons for any service you could or would need done. Service: Water damage cleanup

This is the second time I have used their services. The first time I had them shampoo the carpets. They never used the sleeves over their shoes which defeats the purpose of a clean carpet when you’re walking back over it with dirty shoes. We ended up getting new carpet because we still had spots after the clean. So we have white carpet now and today we had them come and clean the ductwork and my wife told me they yet again didn’t wear the sleeves on over their shoes so I had to call the lady at Newton’s so that they could tell the tech to put them on because my wife doesn’t like confrontation. I find it disrespect and being that it’s happened twice I won’t use their service again because now I’ll have to spend my weekend shampooing the carpet I just had installed.
