Very thorough and responsive! I was impressed with the deep expertise and thoroughness on a variety of questions I had rested to two attic spaces at my home. Whether it was talking with Patrick on the phone or Alex during his visits they provided incredibly good customer service in identifying issues, how to best remediate the items and provided all the information and estimate details I needed for next steps with the work.
