My mother had a leaking bathtub faucet that needed to be replaced, She waited much too long because she was worried about being ripped off. I suggested she call J & S because they did good work for our home in ELgin. My mother lives in a condo and needed to make arrangements to turn the water off on her floor, They showed up promptly At 9 am and it took about an hour to do the work. They were very polite and gave my mom a senior discount. She was very happy with the work done and will recommend J & S to her neighbors. Everything was seamless. J & S Plumbing rocks! Our shower was not draining. I called J & S Plumbing after trying different over the counter solutions. They arrived within the hour and fixed the problem! Their service men are knowledgeable and friendly! Three weeks later I smelled a gas leak by my stove. I called Nicor who told me to call a plumber to replace the pipe. I called J&S Plumbing. They arrived within minutes and immediately changed the gas pipe! Again, excellent service and superb service me! The service men are extremely professional and friendly. My outdoor spigots were old and leaky when turned on. I called and was hoping to get someone out ASAP because I tried to fix the handles myself and ended up making it worse. I have new landscaping that needed to be watered. I was given an estimate for 2 outdoor spigot replacements that I could deal with... especially since I was told someone would be at my house in an hour to do the work. He was right on time, professional, and did a great job. I am very pleased with the work done and would use again for other plumbing needs. Service: Outdoor system repair
