The customer service is poor. Misinformation permeates everything. Oh, and when they want to make sure you're you, they have been known to ask a question requiring a numerical answer that appears on a fax you just sent them, and when you speak to answer they talk over you.
There is always a terrible beeping noise on the phone when trying to speak to a representative at Regal. Often the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing.
If you send a fax, you had better telephone to follow up lest you later be told it was not received.
Closed all weekend so cannot get things done with Regal on a weekend.
I cannot recommend.
