My son and I have been sick for more than a week, we were so sick that I couldn't even go to the doctor until we recovered enough. They sent an antibiotic to my normal Osco pharmacy on Ella Road in Lake Zurich. The pharmacist was so helpful he told me that they did not have that antibiotic and looked around for a local pharmacy that would, he arranged for me to go to another Osco, and call the prescriptions in there. And as I was heading to that pharmacy in the freezing cold before I got out of the car he then called me and told me I needed to go to another pharmacy so he was extremely helpful in a time of need and very kind in his help. He definitely went over and above with his service.

Just a thank you shout out to Vicky who always has a smile on her face and is so kind and helpful to everyone. Our family has used this local pharmacy for years, Vicky always brightens our day!
