I will thrilled with my new install, converting from a tub to shower with glass doors. The salesperson that came to my house was great. Six month after install, there is a leak in my ceiling and water damage to my floors and ceiling. They sent someone out twice to find the source, which they finally determined was a leak in the caulk. It's been weeks with a hole in my ceiling. I have sent estimates I have had done by my own contractors, their own people took pictures, and yet there is no action to fix it. They do not stand behind their product or customer service when things go wrong. I would not recommend using them for a bathroom remodel.

Don't do it. While you may find yourselves falling in love with the overall concept of it, this particular company does not stand by their offerings. Products and colors will wind up "discontinued" with no mention of it to you until you need something replaced. We had a foot step that cracked with very little use and even the techs stated that they repair them more than twice a week due to the thin material sections of that inner piece. They instead place large amounts of glue on the back to give it resistance. Learned a big lesson here. Go to Bath Fitters instead.

Alex did an amazing job of explaining Bath Planet's products, options, and genuinely listened to what we needed and wanted. He helped us determine exactly what was important to us without any feeling of being upsold on product options that were not necessary. Alex took the time to explain the whole process and did a thorough job assessing our bathroom and plumbing. Alison was fantastic. She was on time as well as very polite, professional and extremely knowledgeable. If you are looking to remodel your bath this is a great place to start.

Sales man Tyler Jones didn't enter order as we asked. He talked so much, we thought we were getting exactly what we talked about. When asked about we had no idea how things would be like when tub from 1912 was removed. Mr Jones proceeded to tell us oh they will take care of it. When the work was begun, the workers were great. But instead of the 4 matching shelves we only got 2 metal shelves. Then lucky to us our walls were ok. When the work was done. Had to wait 24 hours til could use. They didn't level the shower floor pan. So now we get standing water in 1 corner NOT VERY HAPPY BUT HAVE TO ACCEPT IT... ******************************************************* A month after this review. I got the shelves that we had wanted. They state that the standing water is related to the mat the company supplied to prevent slipping. I will say that everything is now satisfied for now. Customer service was willing to help in the issue.
