      image I would love to write a great review but I cannot. I love my carpet and flooring but it was installed in Nov. 2020. It is now Aug of 2021 and I am still waiting for the threshold piece in one doorway. I have "stopped by" and called at least 10 times and all I get from Amanda is, "I will write a note." No one ever calls back. When you pay for a 3 room carpet and flooring job you should expect it to be completed.
