        I bought a furniture set with a five year warranty plan, within a year my dresser broke and my bed’s outlet station stopped working. I called them and asked for them to come take a look at my furniture, they came and never fixed my furniture. Every time I called them, they gave me several numbers to call on for my warranty and I’ve been trying get my furniture fixed for a while now, they still haven’t fixed it. I’m very disappointed with this service and how quickly my furniture broke. There warranty is a scam.

        My mom and I came into The RoomPlace in Morton Grove last week. Ihsan did an amazing job by assisting us by choosing our living room set, bedroom set, couch and sofa chair. Ihsan was professional and helpful. I appreciate the assistance and definitely will be back again.

        They charge a lot for any piece of furniture. Also they work with a bank whose interests are horrible.
