Ace Tree Removal Service crew did everything I asked for and even some things I didn't, and recommended a few more which only made the finished job that much better. They cleaned up everything! I won't hesitate to recommend Ace Tree Removal Service and will definitely be hiring hem again.

We live in a large house with a large backyard and two Manitoba maple trees with dead limbs; entry to the backyard was also difficult for us, but Billy and his assistant did an excellent job pruning them just how we desired. Everything about Ace Tree Removal Service was professional and efficient from bidding and scheduling, to the actual pruning, and final invoicing. The work of their crew was excellent. They sought our input throughout the process, ensuring that we were 100% satisfied. Our tall birch tree was beautifully pruned. Our yard and our roof top (as well as our neighbor's) was debris free when they left. We would use them again.

Terrible experience and would advise people to stay away from this company. Their technician demanded half the money up front, and then never completed the job. Now 6 weeks later, and being told at least a dozen times they will be back to finish the job tomorrow or the next day, it still isn't done. Someone needs to call or email me asap so we can work this out.

Just had Ace Tree Removal Service out to cut an oak tree sitting between two garages. Tree was starting to lean so I decided to have it removed. Billy and the entire work crew are professional and courteous. They did a very professional work and gave suggestions! Clean up is amazing also.
