Crunch Fitness - Mount Prospect

As ardent patrons of this esteemed gym, my companions and I are invested in its continual enhancement. However, it is with regret that we observe a confluence of issues regarding both cleanliness and equipment maintenance, which imperil the longevity and appeal of the establishment. The pervasive uncleanness within the facility, coupled with the prevalence of malfunctioning machines, undermines the overall experience and jeopardizes the health and safety of patrons. The accumulation of grime and neglect, alongside the prevalence of broken equipment, detracts from the gym's ambiance and efficacy as a venue for physical fitness.

I really gave this place some time to just get better but clearly that's not on their agenda. Ever since Mike, the manager, left this place was left to rot with terrible management. The female manager is often relaxing up front. It's evident in the list of broken machines, dry wall patching throughout the gym & good employees dropping like flies. The only reason they get a 2 star is for the 2 very helpful & friendly employees, Gigi & Ivaylo.

Typical crunch. No one at the front desk upon arrival so couldn't get drinks.

This location seems poorly managed because the equipment is often broken, this could be because of the high traffic though. As far as gym franchises go, Crunch is the absolute worst. They have a lot of fees that are not brought up with membership fees that cost over 100$ annually. So you're really paying minimum 50$ a month. Go to any other gym. Crunch sucks.
