Came in contact with Buchan on referral from an electrician while looking for some low-voltage work. The LV didn't work out, nor did the electrician - however I appreciated the conversation I had over the phone (and I always appreciate someone willing to actually answer questions and chat "for free" over the phone. I know expertise + time = money for folks) and came back to them when I needed some TVs mounted in my new home. Worked with Rick to get this done. Rick was friendly and responsive, and I was very happy with the work him and his crew completed. He was thorough and did a great job. I wouldn't hesitate to have him back for more work, or refer Buchan to a friend.

Buchan Consulting helped me with home networking issues and optimization. Every other service provider either did not return calls or did not seem interested in the job. These guys are very responsive and professional. Rick was the best - very knowledgeable and helpful. I would highly recommend.

We used the Buchan team to install several TV's and a sonos audio sound system in our newly remodeled entertainment room and most recently, in our family room. On both occasions, the team was informed, well versed on our project and prepared to install. They were prompt, professional and knowledable about the equipment as well as they took the time to educate us on how to use the system and devices. I highly recommend this company, if you don't want any issues, these are the guys to call.

Buchan Consulting helped us install (4) security cameras around my home recently, and, provided assistance and expertise with installation of premise wiring, physical mounting of the cameras, configuration of the cameras, and validation of the installation, as well as some assistance troubleshooting my video recorder. The work was done professionally, on-time, and, they cleaned up after themselves. Doug and his team were instrumental in helping me perform these tasks, and, I'd recommend them to anyone - physical installation with technical know-how are really two separate disciplines, and, you get them from one shop here.
