Every day since I have been here I have been put on the list of patients who need help eating. Once again I waited over an hour to get my first bite then the cna said she had to go help someone else with their food while like I have every day I had to wait even longer to eat. I have lost 145 pounds since I’ve been here and it is due to nobody helping me eat. This is abuse.

I can not begin to tell you how upset I am with this nursing home. Covid protocol states isolation of new patients for 14 days. My Mom was put with two different patients in the first 8 hours. Clothes were lost causing her to have to wear the same clothes for 3 days. They got her medicine mixed up and tried to give her the same pill twice. She went for physical therapy but was told she could not get the therapy the doctor ordered due to covid restrictions. Every other place has stated they could do the therapy she needed. This place was absolutely TERRIBLE! Please don't send someone you love there. After staying just 6 days she went from 155 to 122 lbs!
