        This location was obviously purchased by new owner/management since the last time I was there. I used to bring my '05 Mazda MPV here for all of it's needs over the last 8 or 9 years. A couple months ago I learned I had a coolant leak and brought it to Merlin in Dec '21, they said it was the water pump, and who am I to argue and let them go ahead and fix it. $450 later I brought my van home with coolant still leaking. Brought it back in and they said it needed a new water pump gasket. Isn't that part of getting a new water pump? Anyway, they wanted to charge me for it but ended up doing it free when I resisted. Look at the picture, does that look like they fixed my coolant leak? It literally DUMPED all over my garage floor, and this was after the second "fix" with the gasket. Don't even get me started on the high pressure UPSELLING. Needless to say I will never return. $450 for absolutely nothing.... just great. Also.. one day after the initial service, the engine chugs and the check engine light is on. I don't actually KNOW that they did something to my car to drum up more business but the timing is suspect. Service: General repairs & maintenance
