Had a very good experience during behind-the-wheel lessons, taught me everything I know about driving.

Very patient and kind teachers! My daughters had a pleasant experience in this driving school, and the behind-the-wheel teachers were also very professional! Overall, highly recommended.

My son started Ed's driving school in orland park IL. The facility closed when he was to start the driving portion. I emailed expressing that driving 45 min to Naperville was out of the question. This was before covid. I have 3 other kids at home and a hectic schedule. I chose the orland location for connivence. Nothing was done. Covid hit and now I reach back out to them about the situation and they tell me they are waving the $100 reinstatement fee because he was to complete it in nine months but couldn't because of covid. Oh so you think you are doing me a favor? The school closed without warning. Giving no other option then to go to Naperville. You're not talking a 10 min extra drive. You're talking 45! All I want is a refund for the driving portion so I can have him take it closer to home. That was the point of choosing your school in the first place. Soooooo Called today to schedule my child's driving. Willing to accept the fast it is what it is. That was until I spoke to the very rude and frustrated lady at this Naperville location. I repeatedly asked to speak to someone else and she repeatedly told me she was the only person. Refused to listen, kept cutting me off. I guess I was suppose to be happy about signing my son up close to home only to go 45min away. The owner called me and she is just as nuts. Right off the start she says "I walked in and my employee told me about the abuse she suffered" lol ABUSE!! Lady right there I knew that conversation was getting no where. Now what's the point of taking driving there. I totally lost trust and feel they might fail my child just from how they reacted over the phone. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! If one location closed without warning and they are forcing people to drive almost an hour away because they cant afford to give people the option of a refund, then their doors anywhere can close at any time! The owner even said to me what was the difference traveling to them when I travel for baseball? Ummm let me tell you the difference lady! When I signed my son up for baseball I knew we would travel! It was planned in advance and I made arrangements well in advance! When I signed my son up for driving school it was the convenience of being close to home. No one in their right mind would sign a child up for driving school almost an hour away. In June??? I contacted you February and have proof in my email. Please review to my yelp review that shows me reaching out in February saying that I was unable to make the trip. So once again Im not pinned as a liar by these very unprofessional people. I did not yell and actually repeatedly asked to just schedule my sons appointment that was not as open as she says it to be. The office worker felt the need to fight with me stating her own personal experience with a driving school that I felt had nothing to do with my situation. So because it happened to you years ago it was ok for me to go through? These people are liars and took money for a service that closed and feels they can force you to go 45 min away in order to not give a refund. I thought have a small class of 3 kids was a good. I should of taken that as a sign that they were not doing well. And that is the only fault I take.
