I contacted Reliant because I had a problem with some circuit breakers not working. I spoke with Dave and after explaining my problem his response was OK let me see how we can get this fixed today. I will call you back. He did and scheduled a Technician early afternoon. The Technician arrived on time. He was a polite man with a positive attitude. He did only the work that was needed and did not try to "sell me more" than what was needed. The repair was completed in less than an hour. If I need Electrical repair work in the future I will call Reliant Service: Repair panel

Used Reliant several months ago and they did a great job! Dave was responsive and transparent to deal with and the electrician did great work. Very satisfied and will use them again.

We always use Reliant Naperville Electrician because they are very knowledgeable and help us find affordable solutions for the work we want done. They wired our pool this June and we could not be happier with how responsive Dave was in setting up everything that needed to be done. If I could give 0 stars I will do it! I never imagined the nightmare caused by hiring this company in Naperville for my home project. The City of Naperville requested a certified electrician for the installation of my pool (swimspa) and update of my deck. I chose this company because the reviews were excellent but what a surprise, this company just care about billing and disregard informing customers at all about the inspections that the city needs. They did not read the paperwork approved by the city and when the final inspection was set, the inspector could not approve my project because the electrician never scheduled the electrical inspection. I talked with him and he just blamed everyone else but himself and he just said disassemble your deck and I will do what the City is asking, really??? What completely ignorant and irresponsible statement about a client. If you need a certified electrician for a project at your home be careful with this company. They just care about money and do the bare minimum to meet client needs.
