Terrible, and extremely unprofessional. I spoke to a young lady on the phone after returning her phone call on 10/12. She told me that it would take 7-10 days to receive a response after she forwarded it to the lawyers to see if anyone was available to take my case, however after waiting and waiting- Ive come to realization they just ghosted me. I tried to even text/email to follow-up and NOTHING. I understand that you guys cant take every case; but at least follow thru with your follow-ups if you say thats what youre going to do. I spent 1 hour on the phone at the airport on 10/12 explaining to this lady what had happened, what a complete waste of time. Disappointed is an understatement.

I decided to give Fish Law firm a call after going threw a difficult situation with an employer, after researching I felt that they would be able to help me get the justice that I deserved. They listened to my story, put the pieces together, came up with a resolution, and got my case settled out of court. Every lawyer that handled my case were professional and knowledgeable about what needed to be done. The office staff also were professional and made finalizing everything easy. Thank you Thalia and Law Fish Firm for everything. I highly recommend them.

I called for a consultation and the lady from front desk doesnt have any knowledge, she even doesnt know what she is doing there, very disappointed and poor customer service.

Not a very efficient firm in my opinion. I was part of a class action suit and was never sent my check. The initial letter was sent to one address and the check apparently went to another. TWO YEARS later I contacted them in regards to this and was told it was being sent out and that I couldn't pick it up from their office which I've never been told by any firm I've ever delt with. .no FedEx no nothing but regular mail. The check never came again. So now since they messed up will send it out next week by regular mail. Absolutely craziness. If it was the other way around I'd probably be sued by them and have to pay 10 times the amount. Wow Unreal
