Oh my gosh such a joke. I spoke with marielisa twice deciding if I should hire this lawyer at rosicich and Martel. On the first conversation she gives me her fees right off the bat. She tells me that this case is null and void because the other party is deceased which makes total sense. She said this will be an easy case and all she has to do is write a letter explaining they at the other party is deceased. Sounds great. I did contact other lawyers and they tell me if this contract is not void. So I call her back and she uses great words explaining to me why this is void. So I'm having a tendency to believe her. She saying all it will take is a letter. So then she wants a retainer I think for 4k where every other lawyer ask for 2500. I ask her why so high when all it needs is a letter and she tells me not to worry that I'll get back whatever is not used. After much more conversation it comes out that this might not be as easy as she's making me believe.

I am unable say enough good things about this firm. I had a rough closing and Nick and Zach were able to navigate my questions and issues effortlessly. They were very informative and in communication with me regularly regarding anything that came up. Very prompt and professional. I will be using them again.

Mrs Jackson reneged on the original deal we made prior to trial to negotiate a quick solution. Of course, she did not tell the judge this, which I will. Also, the judge asked her directly if she would handle the Cuadro for her client. She nodded her head and said yes its been over five months now and I havent seen word one from this which again I will let the judge know.. these to put me through amazing depression, with the beginning of filing a falls, police protection order in which I have witnesses that will flat out, deflate the lies in which I was forced as well as my sons to stay in some hotel around the corner from our house for three months or seven days and seven days of my sons had to come visit their father as they were their father at a friggin best Western hotel but at the same time I still had to go to the house for her seven days to pick up the kids and do all that too as well so you see where this is going . Lastly it into believing that there was paperwork for both of us to sign. For the judge, not knowing this was paperwork that was going to finalize a deal once again, a shyster lawyer.. Mrs. Jackson was rude from the minute I met her. I had no idea who she was until she turned around, looked at me without me, even saying anything to her, and said very vindictive believe that the judge is going to give her her divorce, no matter what which surprise me because I was there for that very reason to get a divorce but this goes to her character. Very snide very rude person. Keep in mind I did not have a lawyer. I was a stay at home. Father and the wife had all the power along with her lawyer I was there by myself and also remember that throughout the kids childhood that it would be their father who spent 85% of the time with them and raise them since they were 1 1/2 and three months old mad and easy job as well as take care of the house, the laundry, and everything else and I had a side business . So lets see what goes on because going from a $201,000 deal down to a $137,000 deal thats a big cut too big of a cut and its bothering me ever since that day, and I dont think Im gonna settle for it anymore so were gonna have to see if we can do about this, but all in all lawyers are all shysters who wont talk to you unless you have at least three to $4000 in your pocket and you have to pay upfront whether or not they do a bad or good job for you. They still get their money shysters by now Im pretty sure Miss Jackson knows who this is Tuvalu see you soon
