Worst experience I've ever had with any company I've ever felt with!gad an order placed for delivery to my girlfriend at work by 2pm at the latest being she is off at 3:30. 2:20 hit and nothing. When I called the lady said she never received the order. When I said I had received a confirmation she then changed her story to she was only able to print Half the order, but proceeded to state she would have it sent immediately yet never asked for any info cause miraculously she had it all. Mind you the shop is 8 minutes away. A half hour later still nothing. I tried calling and they shut their phone off. By 4 pm still nothing and will not answer calls or give me a refund!!!! Never use this place!

The flowers were nice but wilted after a few days. They did send out replacement flowers a couple days later without question and very nice to deal with on the phone. I thought the price was a bit on the high end but the flowers were ordered on Valentines day so I guess that is to be expected.

I received fresh cut flowers as a gift. The arrangement was lovely, and the best part - the hardier types in the arrangement, poms carnations etc, were still looking good over 2 weeks later! And the owner is so nice. Highly recommend this shop.
