The garage door does not open. After I called, the repairman came out the next day, diagnosed the problem, and repaired the door for a fair price. There aren't any drawbacks that I can think of. I will highly recommend them and will continue to use them in the future for any garage door needs.

Fast answer and was able to not only fix but also get my derailed garage roller door working like new in a matter of minutes. I'm pleased with the operation!
