Paul Davis Restoration came the morning after I called and worked quickly to assess the damage and began remediation the following morning. They removed all flooring that was wet on the 1st floor and basement and set up fans and dehumidifiers on both floors that ran until everything was dry. Personable, communicative, answered all questions, gave instructions and advice. All around excellent service. Service: Water damage-related cleanup & repair

Rich and his team did a great job working with me, the tenant of the impacted space, and the insurance company to coordinate and complete the needed repairs. I found his team to be very flexible with some very specific scheduling needs to keep the tenant's business intact while the work got completed, and the tenant was happy with the quality of the work they did overall.

Our Insurance Company asked Paul Davis to come out for emergency remediation when we had a leak from an Ice Dam. Their staff was so professional and efficient that we chose to hire them for the restoration work. We are very glad we made that decision. They were just as professional doing the work (and we hired them to do more than the insurance covered) as they were the first time. Everything (drywall repair, painting, structural repair, and tiling) was done quickly and perfectly. Their workmen were both personable and trustworthy.
