        9-27-23 I was switched to a different agent. She said she could get an updated quote for me, but has ghosted me for several days. My review has changed in light of my new agent not doing timely follow up. (This next part of review was from 4 years ago)They shown me they are committed to getting a very good rate for me. They get paid as a result. It is a win for both. I was shopping after going with Progressive through this agency. My old Allstate agent was fishing for a sale. I told her to quote me. It was $250 higher than what I was considering. Once I told Allstate agent I was looking at a steep discount from her quote, her response was have a good day. Shop here and shop yearly.
