We had a horrible experience working with Midwestern Adjusters. Their customer service was awful. There were long delays in getting back to us. Things that were promised like pictures and info were never provided. The contract we signed was held over our head with the attitude that if we didn't like their service we could just pay them the percentage outlined in the contract and go somewhere else. We noticed water damage to our ceiling shortly after the roof was completed. It took several emails, phone calls and days before anyone responded.

We appreciate you working with our insurance company to make sure we received all we were entitled to. This was the smoothest project we've been through on this house. We're so glad you contacted us and we had your team on our side!! Thanks again, we love our new roof!!

A tornado swept our neighborhood and did terrible damages to many families in June, 2021. I wonder if my roof had any damages due to the wind and/or hails. One day, I saw Mr. Teddy Blanco from Midwestern Adjuster was inspecting my neighbor's roof with a drone and thought it was so cool. So I asked him to check mine too. He did found hail damages and thereafter filed a claim to my insurance company. The claim was approved by my insurance company a few weeks later without any problems. Ms. Natalie Sweet from Midwestern Adjuster then came to my house to explain the works needed to be done (replacing the roof and a skylight) and gave us lot of options of different roof singles to choose from. Two weeks ago, an new roof was installed. It looks great. The staff from Midwestern Adjuster were professional and hard working. I gave them 5 star for the work so far they have done. Since the skylight is a special order according to Midwestern Adjuster, it has not been installed yet. We hope it will be installed once it arrives. I will update how it goes.
