Overall great buying experience with Rainbow. These play sets are incredibly expensive, however compared to friends play sets that arent Rainbow, I think you get what you pay for. The owner came out after hours when I had concerns with the slope of my lawn prior to purchase and was also very responsive and helpful when I asked for some modifications after the initial install. I did spend a lot of my own time selecting the site and also putting together a suitable base to have the play set flat and level, which added to my overall satisfaction (I would not skimp on this step or expect Rainbow to do it for you). Kids love it, and hopefully we get many years out of it.

We have used two sets at two houses over 13 years and love Rainbow! They stuck by their warranty and at 12 years replaced some warping wood, stairs and our slide which made it like a new set. Great quality and service!! Highly recommend for a safe, durable set!

Got mine end of march noticed that on top of the 4 swing beam its cracked i contacted warranty amd sent pics. they covered the beam but they dont cover the delivery cost ($264) which is probably the beam price REALLY! What a rip off
