On individual pictures of sports they cut the kids legs off not good quality and looked like they are just copied on cheap paper

My picture came out HIDEOUS! Absolutely terrible. I wanted to see my picture afterwards when it was taken but they will not show you? My picture didnt even look like me. They almost did something to my face that made it wider. Half of my eyebrow was goneand I can confirm I have two FULL eyebrows. So disappointed I wanted to redo it even called their studio and they wouldnt let me fix it. If you want to consider this company for your school. DO NOT USE. The lady in the phone couldnt even help us out to retake a photo. Awful! AWFUL!

We didn't get our photos from school-missing, called and they sent replacements directly to my home.

I cant believe how awful my sons kindergarten picture turned out. What kind of DMV photographers do you guys have working for you? My son looked terrified. Hire some real professionals who are capable of working with children. Hopefully the schools go back to life touch they were so much better at taking pictures. Ive seen so many complaints from parents disappointed. Do your photographers even look at the pictures after talking them. Im guessing not from what Ive read from other unsatisfied parents.
