My fiance and I had an issue with our upstairs shower (pipes were old and blocked and needed to be replaced). We went through our home warranty who enlisted the services of USA Plumbing. The manager, Dillon, at USA Plumbing was extremely responsive and helpful in getting our work approved and scheduled. He sent us Cornelio Suarez to complete the work who was wonderful. Cornelio went above and beyond to fix our shower and unclog our drain. He also gave us helpful tips on how to prevent future issues from occurring with our pipes. We would highly recommend him and the team at USA Plumbing to anyone in need of honest assessment and quality work. Thank you!! Services: Pipe repair, Drain unblocking

USA Plumbing was the vendor sent by my home warranty company. USA Plumbing was hours late. My service window was 9am-3pm; was called at 2pm and told plumber's car broke down and that someone else would be sent; 2nd plumber arrived a little after 5pm. Plumber did not fix the problem and told me they did not bring all of their equipment. Why would you show up to a job where the customer had already been waiting 8 hours without proper equipment is beyond me? Told me they would return the next day/morning and I had to call USA Plumbing the following day (after no one had arrived by 10am) to find out that was not the case and that I would have to go back through my home warranty company and file another claim because the plumber recommended jetting and possibly breaking the concrete outside. I asked how could he assess all of this when the plumber only spent 10 minutes attempting to unclog the kitchen sink?
I had to hire another plumber who took more care and time with my job, shared that I had grease build up and fixed the issue.
The only positive, I was not charged the standard home warranty fee by USA Plumbing. Service: Drain unblocking

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I didn’t even pay for their services- it was all through warranty and I still canceled their services. When checking my water heater they left the pressure gauge open and it flooded. Then it took them two months to submit and follow up my approval for a replacement. I do not trust this company to come in and work on my plumbing after the lack of care and communication. My water heater still has not been replaced as I type this and we have found a new company and canceled with them. They did not care when I spoke with a supervisor, their lead coordinator Dillon has no idea how to do his job efficiently or effectively, and the supervisor (I think her name was Sam) couldn’t care less when it came to receiving my feedback. We called them countless times and nobody returns our calls. Do not do business with this company unless you want to be waiting for months without anybody getting back to you. Highly unprofessional.

I contacted my home warranty company Home Choice for a clogged tub and sink. The warranty company sent USA plumbing to fix the problem. They sent a guy by the name of Will to unclog the tub, during the process Will caused a leak in my finished basement in attempt to unclog the tub. He accepted full responsibility, but wanted to hide the fact that he caused the damage by saying do another claim through my insurance. I told him NO, he needed to call the office and explain that he caused damage in my basement and also was unsuccessful in unclogging my tub. So I went from 1 issue to 2 issues. He refused to do so stating it would cause a ding on his license and he left. I called USA plumbing and they also declined to accept responsibility for the damage done by one of their employees. So now I’m stuck with an unclogged tub and a leak that wasn’t present prior to an unsuccessful attempt to unclog my tub and I have no water. I do not recommend this company and they deserve a zero out of 10. I will be filling a claim with the BBB and seeking legal assistance. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER!!!!!
