My husband was out of town they wouldn't let me pay his bill. He thought it was due on the 23 of the month, not on the 13th of September. Therefore, he call me to take of it.
With my credit card because I'm not on the account.and the card has a different name on it . My name is his last name just celebrate 25 years silve anniversary.
They were rude down right nasty on the phone.
I had to get cash from a ATM to pay his bill. Which was only $64.00. With convid not completely over, I had to leave my home get on a bus. Make two stops just to pay $64.00. When I could have done that from home. My point is my son's have paid Bill's for me before, with their credit card and their names wasn't on the account either. My husband even spoke to them on the phone. " NO HELP AT ALL" I personally wouldn't recommend
In this company to anyone at all especially Diversey office they are rude, mean, and unprofessional. They dont
dseserve one star.
