Mike, the store manager, was the worst person to be behind the counter, lying & scamming people. My family & I were there for 3-hours & got the $100 plan for 4-lines & the house Wi-Fi box for $25; 2-weeks later, we got the bill for $287. he gave us a different plan & added things to the account; I went back to speak to him. He ignored that he gave us that deal. He lied to us, so I wasted almost a day, and still, I'm on the phone with T-Mobile, trying to fix the problem. I had put the last call to T-mobile today to let them know if they don't give us the online promotion plan that we asked for at the store, 4-lines for $100. We will go back to Verizon the following day. We don't recommend this store & the staff to anybody. Stay away from this location .

We were lied to, taken advantage of and treated poorly. The sales associate straight up lied and then charged us after we left. Not only that, I am 10 hours into untangling the mess he got us in. RUN from this store!!! I WISH we had gone with a different service provider, we would have had new phones and not thousands of dollars in charges.
