        I have driven by here for years, finally tried a salt cave session from Groupon. I loved it, the people there are so nice. I can't wait to go back again, groupon let's you buy 3 per person so i will. Plus they have specials too. Very nice, very clean and relaxing, learning to take more time to me now.

        I like the salt cave and have been there a few times, with good experiences. Only bad experience I had was getting a massage from Loretta, who heckled and badgered me for half the appointment and also gave me unsolicited medical advice. For instance, I got lectured about getting birthmarks checked for cancer (I know about my birthmark, I don't need to be told) and she also demanded I tell her how I got a bruise. A massage should be relaxing and enjoyable. This wasn't. I got interrogated by a crazy woman that needs to mind her own business.

        UGH! I was so excited to visit the salt cave on my birthday! I was hoping for a relaxing and pleasant experience but I received lackluster treatment and a cold greeting. The receptionist had a robotic disposition and seemed to be harried and upset. My 'introduction' was not welcoming and it was rushed. I went into the cave and it was cold; which was mirrored by the 'human' treatment. After the 'cave' no one asked if I enjoyed the experience or even if I had any questions. I then looked at the soaps and lotions, no ONE even acknowledged my presence..it was dead silent even though I was the ONLY patron at the time. Looking at the previous reviews, I noticed a lot of diverse clients; THAT made me feel comfortable. Once I was there, it was the complete opposite. I will NEVER return. The receptionist needs some additional training in 'how to make ALL customers feel welcomed' in what SHOULD be a positive and relaxing environment! My response from 'owner' addressed...You are such a liar! NO one said Happy Birthday! NO ONE discussed some 'soaps' with me! NO ONE asked about my cave experience! You have the mitigated audacity to LIE and have potential clients assume that your receptionist was welcoming and hospitable is truly disgusting! To outright lie about what I experienced is truly indicative to your dark soul! You should be ashamed!

      We pride ourselves on treating everyone with the same level of respect the minute they walk through our doors. When you arrived, one of the receptionists called you over so you would not have to stand in line and wait because others were checking in. When you said you were here for the cave, she did ask if you had made a reservation and then explained that we run our salt cave on the top of every hour. Even though it was closer to 1:15 pm, she said she would still be able to put you in the cave although you did not have a reservation, instead of making you wait until the next session at 2:00 pm. The receptionist noticed it was your birthday, and I even heard her wish you a happy birthday. It is rare for one to have the opportunity to experience our salt cave alone, as it typically holds up to ten clients at a time. We were very happy to accommodate you on a Thursday, a day where we offer a special lower rate and are usually very busy. When you came out and were at the counter, the receptionist then discussed our beautiful soaps with you where you engaged in an entire conversation about them. I am quite confused by your review after I personally witnessed the interactions between you and our friendly front desk staff. I am sorry you did not enjoy your time at our salt cave.
