We are thrilled with our kitchen remodel by Premier Home Improvements! Excellent communication from start to finish. All of the workers were talented and professional. Premier went above and beyond to make our kitchen perfect!! We highly recommend Premier and will definitely use them in the future.

Back in 2019, my wife and I were debating between moving or remodeling the basement and family room in our current home because our needs had changed. We had met with a few contractors and we were not comfortable with what they were saying. For example, one of them did not want to pull permits from the village. The process to find a contractor was starting to become very difficult for us. We then came across Premier Home Improvements. A manager came out to our house to evaluate our project. When he first came out, he came on a Saturday because that is what worked for us. The Manager took very detailed notes as to what we were looking for and said he would be in touch to come back out with a proposal. The manager then met with us on a SUNDAY, because that is what worked for us to go over the proposal. After looking at the proposal, my wife decided to make several changes and the manager was able to make those on the fly and re work the entire proposal. Because of Covid, we delayed the start of our project and Premier had no issues with that. They told us to let them know when we were comfortable for them to begin. They said their employees would have temperature checks and would have PPE. We started the basement part of our project in May. The goal of this project was to add a bedroom, full bathroom and increase the functionality of the living space in the basement. It was a lot of work, and once the demolition started, my entire family was very excited everyday to go downstairs and see what had changed from day to day. As the project continued, the same manager that started the project was constantly checking in to see how things were going. Along the way I had a lot of questions since I'm not in the construction business. Sometimes my questions were at 8 or 9 at night and I would send the manager a text, "what is this or what do you think about this?" He would actually get back to me that night! It took about 3 months to complete the project, but like I said before, there was a lot of work to be done, from plumping, HVAC, electric, painting, carpentry, etc. The quality of work that the trades performed was A++++++++++ and the basement look amazing! I would rather a project go a little bit longer when people are taking time to make sure things are perfect rather than rush to make sure things are done. There were several Friday nights when workers were still at my house at 7pm and I was telling them to go home and be with their families but they wanted to to finish something up. We started our family room project in September. The goal of this project was to gut the family room, put up new walls, new ceiling, paint the room, new hardwood floor and and a new door to the garage. Once started it expanded to moving a vent and changing out window for a patio door. This project moved a long very quickly and the room looks amazing! Overall, Premier has been very easy to work with and has done amazing work! Our house look fantastic and we are definitely not moving now. I would highly recommend them.

Premier Home Improvements went above and beyond my expectations on my kitchen remodel! I received a five page plan of the entire work, from payment to blue prints and that put me such as ease. Very professional! I had unknown plumbing and electrical issues that they had to completely redo. My electrical box placement wasn’t in a good place and I showed them a hidden/behind backsplash/cabinet idea and they delivered exactly what I asked for! They turned my Pinterest picture ideas into reality and I love everything about it. I highly recommend them for anyone looking to remodel!

Last year we had Premier Improvement build a bathroom in the basement for us. It took a little longer than we expected but we are happy with the results so far. We recently purchased a home that was built in the 1950s with a recreation room that was still in its original state. This room with a very outdated aesthetic was desperately in need of an update, and we began the process of contacting numerous contractors for estimates to renovate the space. From the planning stage, Premier Home Improvements stood out from other contractors because of how professional and meticulous they were in presenting their proposal. We received a through and transparent explanation regarding their process and the estimated cost. They carefully took notes on the vision we had for the updated room and made sure to incorporate specific modifications we requested into the blueprint. Once the work began, we consistently received updates regarding the progress of the project and clear explanations on why certain issues with the original construction (things that were hidden behind the walls) needed to be addressed now. The project manager also responded to any concerns we had with the work in progress and made sure that they were addressed by the crew. Even when there was an unforeseen situation with a glass window sustaining a crack at some point during the renovation, Premier made sure that it was replaced with a brand new window before all of the work was completed. Overall, we are very pleased with the job Premier performed in turning the obsolete recreation room that was an eyesore into a modern and sleek room that is pleasing to look at and is far more functional as a space.
