I'm thrilled to have switched dentists, especially after experiencing Dr. Kaveh Kandi's exceptional care. Despite it being just a routine cleaning, he dedicated so much time, ensuring thoroughness and attention to detail. My overall experience was fantastic, and I'm eagerly looking forward to returning for future appointments with Dr. Kandi.

BE AWARE. I created appointment for cleaning and checkup. The entire process was sketchy, midway through the dental procedure the dental assistant comes with paperwork to sign off on while I'm in the chair mouth open getting a cleaned. I instantly felt scammed when this happened, then got pushed to buy additional products after I declined. They cleaned half my teeth and said to come back another day to clean the other half. NEVER in my life have I heard of this. They injected me with a numbing agent while getting the cleaning as well which I've never experienced before either. Numbing for a cleaning? At the end I got charged over $500 for checkup/ half teeth cleaning. The dentist himself was nice, but the assistant and receptionist were shady, I'm sure theyve done this plenty times before. I will contact IL board of dentistry to file a complaint. Felt scammed and taken advantage of.

Dr Kandi of Signature Smile has been the best ever experience I have had visiting dentists. Dr Kandi was patient, kind, informative and thorough in treating my teeth, starting with cleaning. The cleaning was so gentle that I did not feel any pain or discomfort. Dr Kandi was meticulous and helped me understanding the tricks of dental and oral hygienes.

Although I am not particularly fund of dentistry visits, going to Signature Smiles to see Dr. Kaveh Kandi was a very pleasant experience. Dr. Kandi is very meticulous and attentive about his patients dental health. Excellent in building a trusting patient/Dr. relations. The staff is superb, and office is very professionally managed. I was very pleased comprehensively. I highly recommend his services for an all inclusive
