Got a number of quotes from contractors for a property in Chicago. Being in the building trades for many years I chose this company for their prompt and professional response. Dan walked me through the order he proposed to complete the job. His vast knowledge and fair pricing convinced me to hire his crew. Work was completed as discussed and on time. Dan asked me to walk the job and make sure it was to my satisfaction before payment was due. Would highly recommend this company and will certainly use them in the future.

We needed our chimney cap and the broken brick underneath it replaced before we had our roof completed. Our home is an orange brick split-level circa 1950s. Mr. O'Brien was responsive to our FIRST call, came out soon thereafter, gave an estimate, and offered a start time the same week. He was attentive, answered all of our questions, gave expert advice, and his crew did a great job. Everything from start to finish was executed well with professionalism and proficiency. We used Dan O'Brien the owner of North South Masonary and Tuckpoiting on 3 different projects. His crew was on time, respectful, did an amazing job, and cleaned up after themselves. I recommend these guys if you need tuckpointing, chimney repair, or block windows done.
