I would give them 0 if I could. I text them and it took weeks to get a date. I text to confirm and they finally answered. They then said it would be in Sept but can I please share the business on my town site for more business, sure. I did that. Nothing but negative comments but still confirmed date in Sept. Now the day before they cancel and said there was only my home to do. SO WHAT!!! If you want business you would come do the service you said you would. I'm within 25 miles of them. Maybe if they would market themselves better they'd get more customers. Oh well.

Eco Trash Bin Clean is fantastic! My bins were awful and I didnt know what to do they smelled so bad no matter what I tried to do. My neighbors posted about Eco Trash Bin Clean and how wonderful they are, so I contacted them. They have a really great text system which allows you to get immediate feedback and to make appointments. Their prices are very reasonable and affordable for everyone! I made an appointment, left my bins out and went to work, and when I came home they were sanitized, clean, and no more smell! In fact they smell good! I was so happy! I am definitely going to use this company again and I would recommend them to anyone who wants a professional job done for a great pricethey are worth every penny!

I tried to schedule service with this company. I scheduled for a Tuesday. On the Monday prior I was told they didn't have enough customers in my area, and wanted to reschedule for Wednesday. On Tuesday, they texted saying they had too many customers, so they weren't sure when they'd get to my house, possibly at 9:30pm. On Wednesday, they texted me saying their truck was waiting in the shop for parts. Whichever story was true, I will not be wasting my time with their juvenile lies and will find a different company that can stick with one story.
