I live on the north end of Arlington Heights and the drive to get my flowers from here was 100% worth it. The owner is friendly and professional. A friend of mine paid almost 4 times the amount of what I did for the same quality flowers. Incredible Value for flowers. Would recommend everyone getting there flowers from here.

This my second vist and THE LAST ONE. I tred to give them a chance. I wish I can give 0. I have no clue were those 5 stars are commimg from. After walking in I was ignored. I waited 10 min, a man was on the phone talking about whether totally not aknowleding that I walked in with two small kids. Kids were behave with no problem if somone asked, mayby they should start thrashing the plaice, then I could be noticed. In the mean time one more customer walk in and women come out from the back. First ask the second customer if we are together. Finally the guy was off the phone he asked what I wanted and women took costumers behind me. I ordered nice, NICE bouquet with tulips and irises. He took a tulips and irises out put on the counter, put foil over it and start wrapping with foil. I asked for nice arrangement not somethings smashed and wrapped. I was ready to pay $50.00 I know how much nice arrangement cost. I ALWAY BUY FROM Flowerville In Park Ridge due to time I really wanted to give them a chance. He started ARGUING with me that he does not understand what I wanted and this is nice. I asked to spreads the flowers to add some baby breathe and greens. He said no goo much green is there. IM A COSTUMER. He add it and wrapped it again. It was horrible experience. I also asked for balloon Get Well soon and NEVER GOT IT. I paid $16.60 for terrible arrangement and left. NEVER RETURNING. They should learn from FLOWERVILLE, Jewel has nicer flowers.
