Got into an accident that totaled my brand new car. I unfortunately was at fault and knowing that we had to make a claim was heart throbbing. Everyone knows when it comes to paying insurance theyre more than willing to take the money, but when it comes to paying out, they're usually very reluctant. This was not the case at all dealing with country financial, Ibrahim, and Nikita. They made the process so smooth, easy, and peaceful. No one wants to be in this situation but if you end up in it you want to have the peace of mind youll be taken care of. I was heartbroken knowing I lost my car but they took care of me and left me happy in a dire situation.

Ibrahim helped me with all of my insurance needs - I enjoyed that it's a one-stop shop. Ibrahim took the time to explain and to go over my coverages for me and my family, ensuring that the elections I made would cover the event(s) should they arise. Anyone could get an insurance policy with the very minimum coverage, but if something happens and those coverages don't meet your needs, it can potentially turn into a very dire situation. Ibrahim and I discussed in detail how Country Financial could meet us in our needs (i.e., coverages and budgets) and ensured that my coverages reflect such. It is my experience that Ibrahim cared deeply for his clients and he is really one of a kind. I would recommend him to anyone.
