Super Travel Inc.

They have deceptive business practices. I paid extra to be able to get a refund for my room if I needed and then the conditions were ridiculous. My advice is to read the fine print.

Customer service agent was not understanding my situation at all. It took me a while to get an agent on the phone. You only get automated agent chatting with you. I was not able to make it to the hotel, secondary to circumstances that were out of my control . I informed the agent that corporate should be compassionate with customers with emergency situations. She still denied me a refund of my 3 days hotel reservation

We booked the Cambria Hotel in Chicago. We tested positive for Covid, and needed to cancel the reservation. There was no way to contact Super Travel. So we contacted the Hotel and they told us that yes, they had the reservation, but it was made through Expedia. We tried to contact Expedia, as we were within the free cancellation period, but because we didn't have the Expedia reservation code, and they have no functioning live customer service, we could not cancel the reservation. WORST travel agent (Suraiya) ever. I would give her 0 star if there was an option. She will take your money and hide and when you call her, you will only get negative responses with very rude attitude and language. My parents and we had to add another bag at addition cost which was okay with us and so we were told, we had to do it 24 hrs prior and all the flights were showing on time, but as they left from their village to the airport, one of their connecting flight got canceled which they were not aware of, when called Suriya, she claimed we should have informed her within 24 hrs, yes, ONLY if we knew, but they found out upon the check in. It was showing on time 24hrs prior check in. She did not want to take any responsibility. PLEASE take your hard ears money elsewhere and stay away from this agency. FRUAD people.
