Orazio took over my account after my rep, Todd, suddenly passed. While I didn't know Todd well I felt he was a very kind man and I was shook to hear of his passing. Orazio took the time to connect with me and make sure I was supported in the ways Todd had supported me prior. Additionally him and his team are prompt, easy to reach directly which is great in world of automated services, and he really explains the value of my insurance plans and well as takes the time to understand my needs. I really am happy with my team at Country and highly recommend them!
