Chose to do my first start up with ACOA after interviewing several other companies. One of the best decisions I made. They made me a beautiful office that I am constantly getting compliments on. A big selling point for ACOA was their experience with build outs. Unexpected challenges will always come with any large projects and ACOA was ready for anything and everything.

I cannot say enough great things about ACOA. Jason, Mike, Jon and the entire ACOA team were exceptionally responsive. They built out a strip mall location for my new veterinary clinic. This was a new endeavor and experience for me. They helped me every step of the way. They made my life easier and better. They stayed on budget and ran on time. They have not abandoned me after completion, either. Everyone warned me the construction and the contractor would be the hard part of starting my new practice but ACOA proved every single person wrong. They were the best and easiest part of this process. Another major thing of note: anyone can have a good experience when the process goes flawlessly. There were a couple errors, honest mistakes, during construction and the ACOA Team handled it all with grace and efficiency without additional charges. ACOA has earned my loyalty and business for life. No question, use this team for your build out, you will not regret it.

I wish I had insisted on a liquidated damage clause in my contract with ACOA. They verbally promised me a 14 week job and then took over a year to complete the office build out. A simple liquidated damage clause would have kept ACOA on track and kept me protected. Part of their game is underbid the competition then delay the timeline to the point you are forced to use their heavily marked up 'custom' cabinetry. Get everything in writing with them and do not fall for 'we are on your team' or 'we want to keep you happy since the dental field is a small community'. They are just teeing you up to take advantage of you.

The team at ACOA has been truly fantastic to work with. This was my first time building/opening my own office and I couldn't be happier with the result! They stayed communicative and involved throughout the process, guided me and connected to proper people and companies I needed to complete my vision. I'm very thankful to Brad, Jason, Mike, Marcin, Monika and everyone else involved for helping me bring my dream office vision to life.
