Update: I found a black mouse in my room, so I left early. Front desk said I'd get a refund since I was leaving early, but now they're being evasive, and I have to wait several days to see if I'll get a refund. The room was clean and didn't have and awful smells, but it's really easy to hear other rooms, the shower has rust on the floor and no water pressure, and there's no fridge. Pay slightly more and stay somewhere else.

I can't stress enough, how utterly disgusting this motel is. When I walked in, the first thing I noticed, was that the lobby area literally stunk of cigarettes and mildew, and there was no A.C. From there, it got worse. I gave the person behind the desk, my reservation number, but he couldn't locate it in his system. He called his manager, but she was "at lunch", so I had to wait an hour for her to return. When she finally returned, in addition to being downright rude and miserable, she couldn't find it either. She finally found my reservation in her system, and offered no explanation or apology whatsoever, for the issue and delay. . There are no elevators there, which is fine, but when walking up the stairway and down the hallway on my floor, I noticed that the carpet was filthy, and I saw cigarette butts on the stairway. Nasty! I figured, I'm only staying here for two nights, so I can't be that bad, but at 2:00 a.m., I woke up to a guy in the room next door screaming on his cell phone. When I spoke with manager about it the next morning, she said "there's nothing we can do about noise here" Any decent motel (which this obviously isn't) will always address noise issues in a diplomatic way. All I can say, is that I was only there for two nights, but it will go down as one of the longest and worst two nights of my life.

Glad to know my exuberant tax bill was used to pay for the illegal immigrants being held by this company

I stayed here a year ago, but as I'm looking at hotels in the area for an upcoming trip, I was surprised to see that the health department hadn't shut this place down already. Our stay was laughably bad. From the horrible front-desk staff, to the disgusting rooms. It was all terrible. The people at the front desk (3 or 4 people) stood around talking while we waited to be checked in. They looked right at us, and we even tried to get their attention, but nobody would check us in until they had all finished their conversation. Our bathroom was filthy, and we asked the front desk to have someone clean it. They never came, so we had to use our dirty bathroom. When we asked about it later, we were told "oh it's just like that because of the hard water", but I'm pretty sure I'm not supposed to be able to easily scratch hard water stains off with my finger nail - that was dirt. It was pretty obvious that nobody had ever thoroughly cleaned the toilet, because you shouldn't be able to see the nasty stuff IN the toilet. The sheets on our bed were stained with marker or makeup or something, and there was evidence of bugs (dead bug shells) in the bed. There were gross stains on the chair in our room. The walls were paper thin, and the other people in the hotel were quite loud, so we barely got any sleep. I ended up cancelling our second night because we'd had enough. Rooms: Disgusting. Outdated. Shabby. Walkability: Not very walkable, you'll need a car or Uber to get around.
