I am only giving 1 star, because I can't give 0. I ordered flowers online for my daughter's birthday last year. I ordered the premium bouquet. She sent me a picture of them after they were delivered and I was aghast. They looked nothing like he picture. The flowers were different and not a premium amount of them as I had paid for. I was in tears. I'm a widow and extra money isn't easy to come by.  I asked my daughter what florist had done the order and she gave the name Avon Flower Shop. I called them and told them how disappointed I was and I would make sure they never got another order from me in the future. Think twice about ordering from them. Read the reviews. Now, if I order flowers, I call a local shop, not an online flower business.

I just stopped into the Avon flower shop, the lady there was so nice, in 10 minutes she made my mother the most beautiful bouquet of flowers!!! If the new owners treat everyone like they treated me they'll have a great business there. thank you!!

I'll give one star because they accommodated same day delivery, only .2 miles away but still. the bouquet does not look like the one I ordered. should have 3 diff colored roses it has 2 of the same color. it's not nearly the size or even contain all the flowers pictured on the website. my order was taken over the phone and this one wasnt my first choice but after being told some flowers they did not have I was under the impression I would get what I paid for when they confirmed the order. I paid for a vase in my opinion. won't be using them again.
