Excellent company all around - I'd heard from word of mouth that ABC did great work, and I am very happy with the roof they installed. The cost was also lower than other estimates I'd received. Office and sales personnel were all excellent, courteous and professional when communicating over the phone or in person. ABC Roofing Company Inc. was totally professional from beginning to end of our roof replacement. The contract went over every aspect of the work to be performed. Company sent Ryan and David out to care for a bathroom vent that was leaking. They were both excellent to work with. Very professional. We received several bids for roof and gutter replacement - we chose ABC due to the price and the type of shingles (high winds where we live). Brian with ABC was very professional, helpful and informative re: the damage to our roof and what we needed to do. The office staff were also very professional and helpful especially Sonja. The roof was done in less than a day and gutters were installed a couple of days after. They went above and beyond removing a satelite dish that wasn't attached to the roof. Clean up was good. Untrustworthy and do not keep their word. I have used ABC a couple times, and their quality of work was fine in the past. However, in October, we sold our house and moved to Virginia from Avon. As we left, I got a quote from ABC, for $1200 for repairs we had to make for the buyers. I signed the contract in November and paid them in full. They told me the work would be done maybe before thanksgiving, but if not right afterwards due to being very busy. We moved, and then I came back to our old house in early APRIL of this year to discover the work was never done. I assumed they had done it and just were poor communicators like they always had been. So I had to call them after they basically stole $1200 from me and they claimed due to personal circumstances they just still hadnt gotten it done. Which I dont believe. Then they said it would be done that week, but took an extra two to complete it. On 4/20 I received a voicemail saying it was done. Then today, on 4/22/22 received a call and an email with an invoice saying I owed them $1200!!! Unbelievable. If you use this company make sure you only pay them a small amount up front and you better keep your receipts and bank statements. Shmucks
