        This place was not bad, front desk service, the room lighting, parking, and the gym being a wreck are my main problems. However, I have had very little problems outside of them. The maintenance staff is awesome and work their tail off

        Living here when I was at IU was one of the best decisions of my time there! The staff was amazing and friendly, and I really appreciated how professional and clean my room and the lobby area was during my 2 years there! When I first arrive they were in a transfer process in the office staff and the new staff who are currently still there made me feel at home even though I was so far from my actual family. Thank you guys and you will be missed!

        do not sign here. My apartment had a rat problem for 4 months before the avenue decided to send an exterminator to place 1 trap behind our dryer. To that point, we had killed 5 rats with traps that we bought ourselves. Management is unbelievably slow at resolving issues
