        Went in to take a look at my plan and get a new phone today with the intentions of buying because the Asurion insurance Verizon sells is basically Highway robbery. I was looking at a $229 deductible on a 3 year old phone that the back cracked on. Staff basically directed me over to T Mobile and said sorry we can’t help or change the promotions we have. I continued to try and work out a deal and they again directed me to T Mobile lol. I’ll have to work with Customer support I guess from here on. Thanks for all the help
