VERY difficult to get in touch with Dr. Sentiere's office -- takes phone tag to a whole new level. He is semi-retired, and his wife does the admin. Setting an appointment requires multiple voicemails and several emails back and forth.
He is a nice guy, and his evaluation proved consistent with the second opinion I sought later. However, the informal vibe and lack of communication made me uncomfortable. There was no way I was going to let him go slicing around in my mouth.
Although I was assured that Dr. Sentiere took my insurance, I received a full bill for my evaluation. It took a month to get ahold of them and actually pay it.
I ultimately had a gum graft done with Dr. Sutor instead, and I am very glad I made that decision.
