Regis Salon

I went to Regis wanting what I thought would be a simple balayage. Not only was there no subtle ombré (there were obvious, jagged lines which the stylist hid by curling my hair), but my hair was seriously fried. I’ve had experiences at six other salons in my life with no complaints at all, but this experience left me so embarrassed and in tears.

They can't keep appointments, and let other people in ahead of you even when you have an appointment and are sitting there for 20 minutes. They make excuses like "I just went to the bathroom" for 15 minutes intend even finish cleaning their station 25 minutes after my appointment started. Never said anything to me about the wait or anything. I was an hour early to boot. They also won't tell you who the person is so you can avoid having appointments with that person in the future since they have no concept of appointment times. So now I just have to avoid the entire store because I will not trust them to waste another one of my afternoons. I do not recommend this place if you have any sort of need for time management.
