Motel 6 Bloomington, IN

I was here for 3 days the housekeepers took really good care of me. The rooms are well maintained and the service was great.

Outstanding stay. It was little older motel but the staff are wonderful. From the front desk Don, Paul, and Tonia to the excellent housekeepers. Thanks for making my mother's and my stay great. See you guys in the summer

I am a construction worker and I work on the New Hospital. In the past I would not even stay at this motel 6 cause of the trouble makers and crack heads that would stay there. But i decided to give it a try cause I heard they have cleaned it up. I was surprised on how clean the rooms were and the property itself. The night guy who checked me in was also very nice he went out of his way to help me.

I was initially treated very well by check in clerk on Friday. On Saturday I was renewing my stay and told if renewed by 11 am would stay in same room. On Sunday housekeeping asked if I needed anything and I said no. They returned and pounded on my door and said they would be fired if I didn't give them my old towels and get new ones. I said ok and closed door to get my towels and then another housekeeping person pounded heavily on my door in the minute interval since the last one, demanding entry. I brought my old towels to the door and opened it and said you guys need to stop pounding on my door! The second one said he didn't know the other one had already knocked, and then both said they would be fired if they couldn't come in to the room. I have never been told one cannot refuse housekeeping service in a short stay. The desk person Tonia then came and pounded on my door and told me I could not stay here "because of how I talked to housekeeping." I was not rude or forceful with them, at all. They expressed twice they were fearful of being fired so they may have made up a story. She was insanely rude and disparaging to me. She said expedia would refund the stay. I will spread this story on All Review sites and am considering legal action. I don't even want money. I want that person Tonia fired and those housekeeping employees situation rectified where they are not fearing being fired for not entering people's rooms at a moment's notice.
