Moved in last year to a disgusting apartment. Paint ripped off all of the walls, broken door, disgusting appliances, left over dishes from the previous tenant, had to stay in a hotel the first night instead of moving things in. The company is a scam. Zero customer service, did not compensate for anything. 1 year late they return HALF of our security deposit. The apartment was left in wayyy better shape than it was in when we got there. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE.

When my son and his roommates moved out they not only didn’t get their deposit back, but we’re charged $3000 for painting, fixing things that were broken when they moved in, and a whole list of ridiculous charges, like light bulbs. Stay away!

The people working here have been kind..but not helpful. I am spending almost $1,000 a month on an apartment and I have been dismissed or ignored about the apartment's issues. I am upset with how I have been treated so far. Plus, the apartment itself is gross and needs work.

Brawley Property Management- I would say renter BEWARE. Brawly property management surely represents the true definition of a slum lord operation. The rental fee for the year was a cool, $52,800. Then the agency nickels and dimes you for another 2k on the way out. The contract they offer parents and kids is well written and don't expect to get at best 1/2 your security deposit back at the end of the contract. They come up with the most bogus charges imaginable. My daughter rented from this company, and the charges at the end were so ludicrous. Prep and Paint 3 rooms $688.00, Deep clean unit $520, Clean 5 carpets 10 x 10- $482.50. oh here is the best and I have attached a photo at move in of the blinds I got to replace for $263.00. I was thinking how bad they were when I moved in, little did I know I got to pay for them at the end anyway. if I had it to do all over, I would not rent from this company because of their shoddy practices. As evidenced by the pre and post photos, I am still scratching my head in regards to the paint invoice. charged me $688.00 for painting of the walls. Oh, I guess they don’t expect any wear and tear on their properties while people actually live in there homes.
