I started using Erin for my security needs a little over 4 years ago when I was referred to him by another local. He has always been quick, reliable and professional. I have also always appreciated how personable he is and truly cares about his customers to make sure all needs are met whether it’s a several hour set up or assisting with a quick time adjustment on the cameras because he has customers like me who are not very tech savvy. Erin is my go to guy and I highly recommend him to anyone that wants excellent service!

The smoke detector is way too sensitive. The information panel is too small to read easily. It alarms or chimes so often we ignore it. Support is difficult to obtain. We have suffered for almost a full year. Over it. Will be replacing this immediately..
