        They said it would be 10 to 15 minutes, it was 45 minutes. Return trip I used yellow cab.

        Horrible. I'm forced to use this particular company for work. Every time I've called them, I'm on hold for 45+ minutes (they don't seem to even bother answering their phones). Then it takes over an hour for them to arrive... Worth it? Hell no, sometimes I really wish I was allowed to spend personal money to use another service!!!

        I made a reservation (via email) at 4pm for a 7:45pm pick up and never heard anything. I downloaded the app & made the reservation again. I received an "accepted" confirmation, but then NO ONE SHOWED UP and NO ONE ANSWERED THE PHONE FOR OVER 30 MINUTES!! DISGUSTING, RUDE, SOOOO UNPROFESSIONAL. You ruined my plans for the evening.
