Hill Top Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning

I have been trying to get this unit fixed for three weeks through hilltop. Hilltop was directed to us thru 2-10 Home warranty. They came out diagnosed my unit said I needed a new compressor eventually change the compressor and the unit still does not work. Of course this was done on a Friday they don’t answer their phone all day long and they won’t come out on a weekend. So now they want me to go back to the home warranty company and request another call out. I don’t have the faith that they will be able to fix the unit if they come back out. They left cigarette butts all over my property. And just in general they have been a nightmare to work with. They truly don’t care about the needs of their customers. I would not recommend them under any circumstances.

I have read some of the negative reviews of Hill Top Hearing and Plumbing. All of these involved HWA. Your complaint is with your insurer not this contractor. My twenty-five year old electric heatpump/ air conditioner quit working during the hottest days of the summer. I contacted Hill Top Plumbing and Heating that evening. He arrived at 1:00 PM the next day and by 1:30 my air conditioning was running perfectly.

I had to go through my HWA and was directed to this company. They came out looked at my ac and said a list of things needed to be done and left. I called to speak with the owner and he was EXTREMELY RUDE as I was trying to get across to him why I was frustrated. He didnt care. And ended up hanging up on me. DO NOT GO THROUGH THIS COMPANY!

Terrible customer service for one person in particular thinking it was the owner because the receptionist is great and the servicemen that came out were great. I have HWA so I don’t know anything about the company, but since I go through my HWA I’m thinking they have verification that they will do great service all around. Do not use Hilltop. Had I thought about checking out reviews I would have requested a different company. The “owner” rude man told me to just get another vendor. I made my HWA aware of this and requested they remove them from their vendor contact list.
